Collect fine fleeces from the wasteland lions and an exquisite fleece from the alpha male, known as Ruquasa. Look for a spot where Rusquasa might wander out to survey his lands. Return to Lukus Loqu near the north Neamsog bunker for payment.
Lukus Loqu is in the arcane instructor tent.
