Jinra says, "Try crafting with a new recipe now. Watch for complications, and focus on quality."
Objectives
Go to a forge and begin to craft. Try to achieve an item of the highest quality you can without running out of action points. Return the finished item to Jinra Stormvalley in the Sun Village workshop.

Run upstairs and right click the Blacksmithing Forge (Finishing). Select the recipe, your fuel (automatically selected by default), and begin crafting your Improved Forged Metal. This is the first recipe you craft which will include Complications. Once done return downstairs to Jinra Stormvalley.
Ending Dialogue[]
Jinra smiles slightly. "All finished? I'm eager to see your work."
Jinra says, "Well done. A higher grade means that the item will be more valuable or powerful. You can also make more money by producing quality goods consistently."
