Travel far north of Vorkellix Hold to Twin Death Plateaus and slay the Fleshripper Scorpions there. Also collect Fleshripper Scorpion Stingers off their bodies. Once you 've slain and collected enough, return to Keshma Atkhena at Vorkellix's Hold.
