Explore the gnoll cave to the east.
We here at Halgar's Sword are locked in an attempt to rid the eastern area of gnolls. THere are strange things going on in that cave down there. I'd appreciate it if you'd go check it out for me!

Shield Dagobert is located northeast of Halgarad. (40160, -22325, 50625). There's a path that leads from the crossroads to the northeast.
The Den of Shadows is down the path that leads east then north. It is guarded with several Gnolls Level 5 (Humanoid, Gnoll, 2 Dot, Aggro). You just need to go into the entrance past 6 or so baddies until the quest advances.
