Clan Master Gwartak Level 8 (Humanoid, Kobold, 2 dot, aggro) is located at 4295, 89107, 102251 in Bordinar's Cleft, in Gwartak Stronghold.
To get to the Clan master, enter the Maw and head straight and down. Beyond Slavemaster Krult is a passage up to the southwest. Take the steep passage to a large cavern. He's on a cliff in accessible by the large wooden bridge. The cavern contains Burning Gwartak Spirit's, Gwartak Tunnel Fighters, and Gwartak Spirit Summoners.
