Telorshed the Keeper is located in the entrance of a cave on the northeast road out of Derogar's Outpost.
Head to the right and down to find Delidrot the Martyr (952, -64785, 46047 in Halgarad (-22, 26)).
While the quest says 'fight your to the end of the passage' the Fallen Defender Spirit are non-aggro.
