The secret from is found on the ground floor by taking the door on the left. Carefully pull mobs into the small corridor beyond that door from the dining room. Once in the dining room, carefully hug the right wall in the dining until you find the secret door to the secret room.

Talk to Darrius to unlock his quests.
Next return to the main entrance hall. The door leading to the library is across the room from the dining room hallway door.
