Objective[]
Return Amshta Daedi's notebook to her at the Bayside Outpost. Follow the road toward Khal and look just off the road for a broken down caravan surrounded by whirling flurries. Collect the notebook from somewhere in the caravan and return to Amshta.

Amshta Daedi panics briefly before saying, "Not even the caravans around here are safe, <playername>! You must assist me in an urgent task."
"I sent my notes on the Ksaravi to Khal for examination; however, I believe the caravan delivering my notebook to be ransacked. Reports of a destroyed caravan surrounded by those ever-tormenting Whirling Flurry have reached me."
"This is not good, <playername>! I need my notebook back in safe hands. Can you do this for me, or should I look elsewhere for aid?"

Amshta flips through the pages of her notebook before mumbling, "What the...There are pages missing! How can this get any more complicated!"
Amshta looks you up and down before asking, "I don't suppose you took them, <playername>?"

Amshta is located just outside the tower of the Bayside Outpost on the other side tower from the others.
Head southwest following the road that parallels the north wall of the harbor.
Caravan is located at 20714, -70500, 221 in Khal (-13, -9) in a small depression in the ground south of the road.
There is a large wooden chest inside the caravan wreckage.
It's surrounded by Whirling Flurry.
